Tom Braxton West Texas Scholarship

A college scholarship has been created in Tom Braxton's name to be awarded each year to a West Texas high school student pursuing the field of music. On November 3, the Midland African American Roots Historical/Cultural Arts Council, Incorporated sponsored a fundraising concert at the Martin Luther King Performing Arts Center in Midland, Texas.
